Guy Ritchie’s Acclaimed Netflix Crime Drama Crosses Huge Streaming Milestone

Guy Ritchie‘s critically acclaimed Netflix crime drama has crossed a huge streaming milestone ahead of its bright future. Ritchie’s movies and TV shows have been the groundwork for a lucrative career, which has seen him bring a plethora of multifaceted crime stories to life. Multiple streaming successes have been born of this, especially in recent weeks. This includes his 2024 war thriller The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, as well as his returning Paramount+ TV series MobLand. But there’s one other TV show, a popular Netflix installment, that recently crossed a major milestone.

That series is The Gentlemen. Based on Ritchie’s 2019 movie of the same name, the series stars Theo James as Eddie Horniman, the Duke of Halstead, who discovers his deceased father had dealings with a crime syndicate run by Bobby Glass (Ray Winstone) and his daughter, Susie (Kaya Scodelario). The show follows his exploits with the family’s marijuana distribution business, dealing with numerous threats to both the criminal enterpr ise and Eddie’s family. The Gentlemen season 2 premiered on September 3, 2026, earning critical acclaim in the process.

The Gentlemen has retained popularity since the release of its newest episodes, but has now reached a new streaming height it’s never earned before. According to data from September 24, 2026, The Gentlemen has been in Netflix’s Top 10 in the United States for 60 days across its entire run on the platform. As of writing, the show is Number 7 in the US, while also scoring a Number 4 spot globally. This two-month milestone emphasizes season 2’s popularity, especially since the show has managed to maintain a top spot since release.

Following the end of The Gentlemen season 1, season 2 picks up with Eddie and Susie working to expand the power of the Glass empire by getting Eddie a seat in the House of Lords. However, with the protagonist developing plans of his own and Susie considering a business expansion that could spell disaster, the two are at odds not just with each other, but with Bobby Glass himself. Season 2 scored a Certified Fresh 86% on Rotten Tomatoes based on 29 critic reviews.

The Ritchie-created show hit a major milestone on Netflix, but it’s only the start for the crime series’ bright future. One week before season 2 premiered, The Gentlemen season 3 was confirmed. It appears the streaming platform is dedicated to the series’ future, with its streaming success being a vital factor to its continuation into the future. Since season 2 has not only been a critical hit, but also a commercial boost for the platform, it sounds like Ritchie has a comfortable future with Netflix ahead.

With The Gentlemen continuing to succeed on the platform and be held in high regard thanks to its streaming hit longevity, it appears there’s a guaranteed future for the show for quite some time. What season 3 brings to the table remains to be seen. But, if it’s anything like season 2, then it’ll earn just as high marks once it’s released.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
